1. Necklace & Chain Length Guide

We offer standard chain lengths designed to sit comfortably on your neckline. Here is how they typically look:

40cm (Choker Style): Sits closely around the base of the throat. Best for small pendants and initials.
45cm (Standard Style): The most common length. Sits gracefully on the collarbone for everyday wear.
50cm (Extended Style): Drops slightly below the collarbone, ideal for wearing over higher-neck shirts.

2. How to Find Your Ring Size at Home

Important Note: Do not guess your ring size. Custom-engraved bands cannot be resized or replaced due to size errors.

Wrap a thin strip of paper or a piece of string comfortably around the base of the intended finger.
Mark the exact spot where the paper or string overlaps to form a complete circle.
Lay it flat against a ruler and measure the length in millimetres (mm). This gives you the Circumference.
Compare your measurement to our standard sizes:
- Size 6 (52mm Circumference)
- Size 7 (54mm Circumference)
- Size 8 (57mm Circumference)

3. Care Instructions for Your Jewellery

Keep your personalized jewellery looking beautiful and bright for years to come by practicing these care habits:

Keep it Dry: Remove your jewellery before showering, swimming in pools, or dipping in the ocean. Chemicals and chlorine can cause rapid tarnishing.
Avoid Chemicals: Apply perfumes, skin lotions, and hairsprays before putting on your pieces.
Storage: When not in use, store your jewellery inside a clean, dry cloth pouch or a lined box to prevent scratching and air exposure.
Cleaning: Gently polish your pieces with a soft microfibre cloth. Never use harsh abrasive chemicals or metal brushes.
