Can I change my engraving text after placing an order?
Because custom items enter our production queue rapidly, adjustments can only be applied within 2 hours of order submission. Please audit your text input carefully before checking out.
How long will it take to receive my jewellery?
Custom production takes 3–5 business days, and door-to-door courier transit takes an additional 3–5 business days. You can expect your bespoke parcel at your doorstep within 6–10 business days total nationwide.
Can I swim or shower wearing my jewellery?
To keep the metal surfaces bright and avoid premature surface oxidation, we strictly advise removing your custom pieces prior to bathing, swimming, or applying concentrated cosmetic sprays.
Do you offer Rose Gold items?
No, we deliberately limit our metal collection to premium, classic Silver and brilliant Yellow Gold options to maintain consistent production quality and fast processing timelines.
